The Kanwan Katsina District Head of Ketare Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara has described the appointment of the new General Manager Katsina State Radio Alhaji Lawal Attahiru Bakori as meritorious.

This is contained in a statement signed by the media aid and Sarkin Labarun Kanwan Katsina Jamilu Hashimu Gora and made available to newsmen in Katsina.

Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara said the appointment is well deserved considering the vast experience as a journalist of the new General Manager.

The statement explained that The new General Manager Alhaji Lawal Attahiru Bakori was a seasoned journalist who began his civil service career in the Katsina State Radio Service.

The Kanwan Katsina commended the Katsina State Governor Mal. Dikko Umar Radda for the appointment noting that it will boast the workers morale improve productivity in the radio station.

Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara while congratulating the New General Manager urged him to use his wealth of experience as a retired director from the state civil service to move the station forward.

The monarch pledged continued support to the Katsina State Radio and the new general manager and hoped that the existing cordial relationship between the District Head office of Ketare and Katsina state radio and the general will be strengthened.
