This is the NIMASA skills acquisition center in Apapa, one of the six spread across all the Geo Political Zones of the country.
The NIMASA’s vision is to equip the Nigerian youth with requisite skills for self-dependence, thus tackling one of the challenges of the Blue economy, thereby improving productivity and employment.
NIMASA Management is empowering youths through skills acquisition at the centers located at the six geo-political zones across the country.
The programs are also to instill a sense of purpose and self-worth, promoting social integration within maritime host communities such as this in the Port city of Apapa.
The vision is tackling unemployment with a long-term goal of enhancing maritime security.
