Ketare Youth Development Associaon in Kankara Local Government (KEDEMA) and other eminent citizens across the states of the Federation have commended Kanwan Katsina District Head of Ketare, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara for bringing developmental projects in communities of Ketare district.
This is contained in a statement jointly signed by the chairman of the Associaon Comrade Mudassuru Lawal Gurbi and the Secretary Comrade Abdulaziz Mohammed Ketare and made available to newsmen in Katsina.
.lThe statement felicitates with the Kanwan Katsina Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara as he marks twenty one years on the throne of District Head of Ketare in Kankara Local Government area of Katsina State.
It could be recalled that the late Emir of Katsina Alhaji Dr. Mohammadu Kabir Usman turbaned the Kanwan Katsina Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara on 4th of November 2000.

The statement describes the twenty one years of the Kanwan Katsina on the throne of Ketare District as eventful and full of achievements in the areas of youth and women empowerment, educaonal development, Water supply, Health, roads, computer training for the youths among others.The Association wishes the Kanwan Katsina Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara good health, God guidance and blessing to continue to bring more development to the communities of Ketare District and Kankara local government as a whole.
The Associaon also describes Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara as a leader who has pashion for the development of communities in Ketare district where he goes around government Ministries, agencies and departments to scout for projects to be executed in his domain.
The statement further prayed for the return of peace in Ketare District, Kankara Local Government, Katsina State and the country as a whole.
Personalities from various works of life have also extolled the rare virtues of Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara ‘mni’ and described him as the man the cap fits.

Industry operators in the shipping sub- sector believe that Ketare district is lucky to have a man with very tall credentials and administrative savvy as their traditional ruler.
Also, paying a glowing tribute to Kanwan Katsina 111, the National President of the Nigeria Licenses Customs Agents (ANLCA) Chief Tony Iju Nwabunikw described Bello as a leader of no mean repute whom only the sky will be his limit.
Chief Nwabunike wished the Ketare district number one citizen tons of many more years of good health and sound mind in his uncommon carriage of peerless traditional and community leadership.
Also, felicitating with the Ketare Monarch on his 21st anniversary on the Throne, a notable freight forwarder who is currently a Special Assistant to the Sokoto state Governor, Alhaji Aminu Sokoto said the best of Alhaji Bello is yet to manifest, adding that Bello, having been one of the best administrators the Nigeria Customs Service ever produced, will continue to take advantage of his numerous valid connections to attract government presence for the good of his people.

He described Alhaji Bello as a pace-setter in community development, whose tenure will remain a reference point in the history of community – traditional rulership in the country as a whole.
Alhaji Sokoto wished him well and implored the entire Ketare community to continue to support their Royal Majesty to encourage him to use his good offices to bring about more developments in the community, noting that many communities are praying to have people in the standing of Alhaji Bello Kankara as their traditional rulers.
